Returns

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY AND PROCEDURES: In most cases, items are Special Orders and therefore not returnable or exchangeable. Please be sure to review our policies and procedures before placing your order.

EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS: Because our goal to provide our customers with exceptional pricing most of our items are Special Order and therefore are FINAL SALE. Some but not all, items may be exchangeable for equal or higher value with a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges incurred. Please check with us before ordering if you are concerned as to whether or not your item may be exchanged. Requests for exchanges must be reported via email within three (3) days of receipt. After three (3) days no exchanges will be accepted.

You must contact us for a return authorization before returning your item(s) to us. An exchange will then be authorized and new product issued either (a) upon return receipt of the original item; or (b) new item may be purchased, paid for and shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days and the original item will be refunded upon return receipt. Returned items without a return authorization will not be processed and you will not be reimbursed.

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection and MUST be in like-new condition and in the original packaging. Returned goods are exchangeable only, no cash refunds. All return shipments must be insured.

DAMAGED ITEMS: All damaged items, whether by shipping damage or manufacturer’s defect, must be reported within three (3) days of receipt. A return will then be authorized and replacement product issued. Refund of original purchase will occur upon return receipt of the damaged merchandise.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom orders, such as personalized and/or engraved items, veils, headpieces and/or custom dyed shoes are not exchangeable, with the exception of shipping damage and/or manufacturer defect.

ORDERING INFORMATION: Orders will be processed between 24 and 48 hours. Orders ship 3 to 5 days from date processed. Canceling or changing an order is at the discretion of VLOE, LLC and may result in damage fees, shipping fees, or restocking fees. Please contact us when making changes for possible fees that may be incurred.

NOTIFICATION: VLOE, LLC will strive to notify customers of any information pertinent to an order within 24 hours by e-mail, 72 hours by phone, or 5 to 7 business days by mail.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: In the event that an item is on backorder, VLOE, LLC will notify customer within 48 hours by email, 72 hours by phone. VLOE, LLC will make the most current and correct time quotes possible but will not be responsible for orders with a delivery date deadline that VLOE, LLC has not agreed to meet.

SHIPPING: All orders are Ground Shipping unless otherwise specified. All orders without backorders will ship within 3 to 5 business days unless otherwise specified. In most cases, expedited shipment is available at an additional charge.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: VISA, MC

HEAT-SENSITIVE ITEMS: Entire orders containing heat-sensitive items (cameras, candles, chocolates, etc.) will be shipped UPS 3 Day Select at the Customers expense, these orders MUST be shipped to an address that they can be signed for.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS: All refused shipments will be charged a 20% restocking fee, in addition to the inbound and outbound shipping expenses. Candy, candles and personalized items and items that cannot be resold will result in a charge of 100% of the purchase price.

SHIPPMENT ERRORS: Please notify VLOE, LLC of any shipment error and we will do our best to replace the shipment and correct the error.
